This is a follow-up to the changes in documentation procedures that was shared on 5/8.
***All successful contacts (you actually spoke to a student or parent) with students and parents should contain the correct subject line code and tky.
***All unsuccessful contacts (you left a message or got no answer) should contain the correct subject line code and tkn.
Thank you for your help. Using these codes will help us determine when the best times to contact our students and parents are so we can spend less time calling out when no one is home!

Please be sure to update your class pages to remind students of the final due dates for their assignments.
All graduating seniors need to have all work completed by May 8th to allow registration to process their diplomas.
If any seniors have problems, please be sure to let their POD instructor know so that he/she can provide support.

If you ever miss a call, you can find out who belongs to that number by doing a reverse phone search in Talisma. All you need to do is create a filter and add the phone number. Check out the pic below for the filter specifics.
Thanks Scott for finding this out!

I came across this website. It is a dictionary, thesaurus, and reference all in one! This could be a great resource for our students. Click here to check it out!

Any time you use the subject line codes, “resolution”, and, “miscellaneous”, please add another word or two (or more if you need it) to indicate the content of the interaction.
Examples might include:
resolution1 plagiarism
miscellaneous2 AIMS reminder
**** Just remember to add a space in between the code and the descriptor.

Here is the current enrollment process for concurrent students:
Student is active—the student can enroll in another class regardless of the last grade assigned, for free.
Student is not active—the student can enroll for free if they passed the last class they received a grade in. They must pay if they failed the last class they received a grade in.
***The last class the student received a grade in is determined by end-date—the class with the latest end-date, that they received a grade in, is the class that will be used to determine whether the student will qualify for a free class or not.
Please let us know if you have any questions.
